Alisha Beeman is a competitor. She’s been involved in sports from the age of the 13 ranging from volleyball, to basketball, to track and field. She spent her formative years as a Division I track and field athlete competing in high jump, triple jump, javelin, and heptathlon. Upon graduating, Alisha sought to continue competing and began her journey as a CrossFit athlete. Her drive and passion for the sport piqued her interest in coaching and nutrition—she later earned certifications in OPEX CCP and Functional Range Conditioning both of which inform how she coaches her clients.

Alisha brings the same intensity that earned her All-Conference honors in track and field to her coaching. Through her personal battles with anxiety and depression, she’s found that identifying what brings you happiness coupled with personalized training yields the best results. Her clients range from former collegiate athletes to those who’ve never competed before. And while seemingly different, all that she requires is hard work and dedication. Alisha hopes to impact as many people as she can as she continues on her own journey while helping others create the tools to achieve their goals.
